Sean O'Connell realized almost 10 years ago that he could combine his love of movies with his tolerance for writing, and maybe even make a living of it. He's still trying, and the good people at USA Today, filmcritic.com, Microsoft's MSN, South Charlotte Weekly, Eclipse Magazine, and many others have helped. Sean was weaned on Elm Street flicks, schooled on Hitchcock, spoiled by Donner and betrayed by the Coreys. And through it all, the original Die Hard remains his favorite film. Born and raised in New York, Sean calls Charlotte, North Carolina home. He is a senior film critic for filmcritic.com and is a 2003 inductee into the Online Film Critics Society.
